Zoe Green was a very big help in getting my vehicle repaired in the collision department. She communicated with me and I was informed of the progress throughout the time my vehicle spent there. Great customer service.

The two ladies who worked at the front desk gives professional and excellent service to the customer. They really care about the customers time and concerns. Ms Donna did an excellent job also at keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicle repairs. I got my car back in a very fast and convenient manner. I am very happy with the service I received.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received at the Lexus Collision Center. After my accident, they replaced the doors and restored everything perfectly. The turnaround was impressively fast, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. A special thank-you to Zoe Green, the customer service representative—she was genuinely friendly, explained everything clearly, and helped coordinate my rental car, which made everything so much easier. Her attention to detail and professionalism set a high standard, and she truly made this experience a great one. Highly recommend!

I accidentally backed into another car while parking, and I brought both vehicles to Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center to be repaired. The other driver had a Toyota, and I convinced him to have it fixed there too. They had his car in and out in just 4 days, and he said it was “in better condition than before the accident!” My own Lexus only took a week to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Roy Lee was absolutely amazing — he explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the entire process went smoothly. I’m extremely impressed and very, very pleased with the service!

I was absolutely thrilled with the service at Lexus Pembroke Pines Collision Department. My car looks brand new after they repaired/painted the hood in a sleek gloss black, and they also replaced/repainted the cracked grille and bumper from my previous accident. The attention to detail and quality of the paintwork was perfect, it's like the accident never happened. The staff kept me updated throughout the process and delivered everything on time. Being able to see the sky perfectly in my gloss black hood is truly a 5-STAR experience. (Before & After pictures included)
